Quick checks
Before you wait on support.
Check the customer record
Confirm the phone number, email, and appointment details are correct before changing the workflow.
Look in Conversations
Most call, text, form, and booking activity lands in the customer conversation history first.
Confirm the trigger
If an automation did not run, check whether the customer entered the correct stage, form, or appointment path.
Avoid duplicate manual sends
If a customer is already inside a follow-up sequence, pause it before sending the same message manually.
Fastest answer
Tell Kayla what broke.
Use the speech bubble in the bottom-right. Include the customer name, what should have happened, and what happened instead.

Common questions
Answers without the scavenger hunt.
Why did a missed-call text not send?
Usually the call was answered, the number was not recognized as a customer number, the contact opted out, or the missed-call path is paused. If you are unsure, send us the customer name and call time.
Why did a booking not appear on my calendar?
Most calendar issues come from availability settings, disconnected calendar access, timezone mismatch, or the customer not completing the final confirmation step.
Why did a customer get two messages?
Duplicates usually happen when a manual message and an automatic follow-up are both active. Pause the sequence or tell us which customer received the duplicate.
Can you update my website or business info?
Yes. Send the exact change, the page or section where it belongs, and any photo, service, price, hours, or location details.
Can you change when review requests go out?
Yes. We can adjust the timing, message, reminders, and which jobs should trigger review requests.
What should I include when asking for help?
Send the customer name, approximate time, what should have happened, and what actually happened. Screenshots help too.
