Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of current.biz and any services you purchase from Current.biz (Current, we, us, or our). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. Our services
Current provides websites, lead-capture workflows, communications tools, booking, follow-up, review requests, automation, AI-assisted features, and related support. The exact scope, fees, setup, usage limits, and support terms are confirmed before service begins.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, securing your accounts, reviewing and approving content and automations, honoring customer requests, and using the services in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, platform policies, and industry requirements. You may not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications.
Communications
You authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, account, service, billing, and support. Marketing text messages, if offered through a separate opt-in flow, require express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Fees and cancellation
Fees and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, recurring services renew for the next billing period until canceled. Amounts already earned or incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Third-party services
Our services may connect with third-party hosting, phone, messaging, calendar, payment, analytics, AI, and business platforms. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and you may need to maintain separate accounts or accept their terms.
No guarantees
We work to improve response, organization, booking, follow-up, and customer experience, but we do not guarantee revenue, leads, search rankings, message delivery, reviews, or specific business results. Results depend on factors outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided as is and as available. Current disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Current's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Current for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted here with a new Last updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
